Villa Selen is a beautifully designed villa with a fully secluded private pool and a children’s pool, located in the tranquil Gökbel area of Dalyan. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, a private bathroom, and air conditioning.

On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning, while the fifth bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning.

Villa Selen offers stunning nature and lake views from the upper floor, ensuring a serene setting where you can unwind and rejuvenate away from the stresses of daily life. The villa boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a children’s pool, making it an excellent choice for families with children and nature lovers seeking a peaceful holiday in Dalyan.

The nearest beach to the villa is the famous Iztuzu Beach, known for its golden sands and crystal-clear waters.

Please Note: Our villas located within nature are regularly cleaned and treated for insects and pests. However, as these villas are in natural settings, occasional insects may still appear compared to properties located in the town center.

Construction Note: During the off-season, there may be new villa constructions in the surrounding area, which may occasionally result in noise. This note is general for all properties active during winter and not specific to Villa Selen.
