Our Standard Property Care Package Includes:

Key holding service (allowing access for cleaners, guests, agents, etc.);

Regular property inspections (visual checks, system maintenance, appliance testing, and ventilation);

Routine email updates (inspections, maintenance reports, accounts, etc.);

Bill payments (e.g. DASK, insurance, emergency-related invoices);

Wear and tear assessments (items requiring replacement are photographed and reported to owners for approval before action is taken; cleaners are also checked before guest arrivals);

Advertising (via the Kaunos Villas website and affiliated platforms);

Seasonal deep cleaning (tailored to the property owner's needs in preparation for the season).
